Oral Presentation Templates

All session participants (speakers, chair, secretary, etc.) will present via a Zoom Webinar.

Download the latest version of the Zoom desktop client to join the webinar versus using the web version. https://zoom.us/download

  • All presenters will receive a “panelist invitation” directly from Zoom (1 week before the Congress) with a personalized panelist link to join their session. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
  • All presenters will also receive an Outlook invitation from Speakers@intertaskconferences.com to join the session 15 to 20 minutes before the session start time.
